Dominick is Exceptional! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent instruction you provided for my first experience snorkeling. Not only were you patient and kind, but you were exceptional! I really wanted to be able to do it, but my confidence level was so low it was working against my chances of success. I do not easily trust others, but you gained my trust right away, and because of your approach with me, I was able to accomplish more than what I envisioned I would ever be able to. My sister who has taught swimming all her life said she could not have done for me what you did. Trilogy is fortunate to have you on board for other nervous first timers like me. Thank You to the terrific crew of Trilogy V. Thank you to Captain Lawrence, Ryan, Brett & Jessica. Our oldest child Liam is scared of the water, and wouldn't put his mask in the water, but Ryan was so wonderful with him - gave him a board with a "porthole" in it and spent so much time with him talking to him about the marine life of HI while helping him in the water. Soon Liam was loving it and counts it as the highlight of his trip. We have been to Maui 3 times in 15 years and each time have gone on a Trilogy excursion. I fell in LOVE while on your adventure! With snorkeling, and the crew! Capt. Patti and all were informative and helpful. I felt no fear getting into the water or getting out of the water for that matter. Someone was always there to help you get flippers on or off if needed.
